Franks Mobile Mechanic is a licensed, owner-run service based in El Cajon that covers much of San Diego County, including San Diego itself, La Mesa, Chula Vista, Pacific Beach, Escondido and Encinitas. Owner Frank S. has worked on cars and trucks for decades and handles general auto repair and roadside assistance at the customer's location.
